The NFL has decided that all tickets have to be mobile tickets this year, 2018.  This means you MUST have a smartphone in order to gain entry into the football games.  Not everyone has a smartphone.  From my perspective this is age discrimination.  I have had season tickets for 25 years.  Although I do have a smartphone (Samsung Galaxy S6)  and I downloaded the app, the app will not open and I am unable to get my tickets to go into the game. My husband still has a flip phone so that is not an option.  I understand encouraging mobile tickets, but to not privide another option is unreasonable!  For this year only, my team said we could go to the stadium and they will print the tickets, but this will not be an option next year.  So what am I supposed to do next year?  Spend another $1000 to buy a new phone.  I am looking for support to make the NFL offer another option to mobile tickets, (for all us older fans).  Thank you for your support!
