Colin Kaepernick,  the backup QB of the San Francisco 49ers football team,  has chosen to not stand during the singing of the national anthem and referred to our country as one that "oppressed and kills" minorities. In essence, he spit upon the blood,  sweat and tears of all the men,  women,  and service animals in uniform that have given their lives to protecting our country. Granted,  as any other country,  we have flaws,  but there is no excuse to vilify your own country,  especially when you were afforded the very best opportunities. The purpose of this petition is to let the 49ers management and the entire NFL organization know that until Colin Kaepernick is removed from the team, we will boycott all San Francisco 49ers games (in stadium and televised) , merchandise, events, and anything through which the 49ers have a vested financial interest. The issue here is not to penalize the 49ers fan base or the organization, but to for them to rid themselves of a third rate QB who has no business being there. Colin Kaepernick does not represent or serve our country.
