Due to Josh McDaniels backing out from the Colts' head coaching job in the most unprofessional manner possible, they shouldn't be allowed to attend the NFL Combine in the city of Indianapolis.

Actions like these shouldn't be tolerated within ANY league, let alone the NFL. I also suggest New England loses draft picks, and the Patriots' Josh McDaniels delivered a hefty fine. The owner should also be fined if he indeed caused this situation. An investigation needs to be done. 

I am also proposing an NFL rule change making it where no coach can be officially hired until after the Super Bowl. That will put all teams on an equal playing field and prevent unprofessional activities such as this from happening.
