Nexon America has been ignoring the requests of their customers. People have filed complaints against them to the Better Business Bureau, and all they tell us to do is "submit a support ticket", which as we all know, will never get responded to. They promise compensation to everyone, yet only some people get them. They neglect all of the customers that pay their bills, people have also lost accounts with cards they paid for to use in-game and its about time us, the Players step up and use the power of numbers to make a difference and get the service we deserve.
