[MapleStory] Make pets purchasable with Mesos in the Reboot World

The Issue

In the Reboot World, the only way to obtain mesos is to pick them up when they are dropped from monsters.

The looting system in MapleStory is very slow, and therefore significantly slows down training speed of players
who choose to pick up items (this action is mandatory for progression in the Reboot World).

Right now, pets are only purchasable with NX Cash in the Reboot World, which means they can only be bought
using money from real life.

Since pets are so necessary for gameplay in the Reboot World, selling them for real money only is unfair to the
whole population in the Reboot World. This concept makes gameplay slower and less enjoyable for those who
choose not to pay real money for a pet, and this is an antithesis to the basic idea of the Reboot World - to
allow progression by hard work (Pets cannot be earned with hard work, so they are against the spirit of the
Reboot World).

It is suggested, therefore, that the following things will be done:

1. Pets will be sold for a certain amount of mesos OR pets will be available for purchase with Reward Points in
the Maple Rewards Shop.

2. Pets will be permanent - once a pet is bought, it belongs to the player for life and can be used
permanently. Since pets are mandatory for progression in the Reboot World (as stated above), this is important.

Finally, it is important to remember that the convenience of gameplay in the Reboot World is significantly
impaired by the requirement of paying real money to purchase a pet, from the reasons stated above. Allowing
players to acquire a pet through hard work is necessary for enjoyable gameplay and player progression in the
Reboot World, and therefore should be implemented.
