Everyone is entitled to human rights, even the news reporters. But time and again we have seen that the news reporters are being made to go out in very difficult situations. The news channels are making them to work in inhuman conditions just to get the TRP.

During the pandemic, the news reporters are being made to go out into waist deep water during an ongoing cyclone to cover reports. The people going out there are subjected to the pandemic and water borne diseases. It is very unfortunate that news channels are caring more about creating sensational news than protecting the rights of their reporters and cameramen.
