California is now requiring office workspaces in Los Angeles County to implement full-time work from home measures due to the severe increase in coronavirus cases. Please see for yourself on the official California COVID-19 website.

1. Check LA County Risk Level Here:

   • As of 11/16/20, the current risk level in Los Angeles County is Widespread (purple), the worst condition.
2. Check Industry Guidelines for Office Workspaces here:

   • "Under Office Workspaces > Tier Status > Widespread (purple): Remote work"
   • The official COVID19.CA.GOV website states that when COVID conditions in LA county is widespread or substantial, that office workspaces be open only for "REMOTE WORK."

We are demanding for Newegg's management to follow this lawful and mandatory order to reinstate Remote Work measures for Newegg office workspaces immediately. We will tolerate no less than full compliance from Newegg HR and Management. We are watching your every move. Newegg, it is time to do better! You must take care of your employees first, before we can take care of business.
