Several people have already commented on the new applications for the partial restoration of Woolsington Hall and the need for them to be brought before a full planning committee.
We understand Newcastle City Council’s planning committee will be considering the current applications on Friday 27th May.
Plans for hundreds of houses directly opposite Havannah Nature Reserve, a vital red squirrel stronghold, will also be considered at this meeting – another proposal that could potentially devastate Newcastle’s wildlife.
This meeting marks a crucial moment for anyone with concerns about the natural environment in Newcastle.
