We all want safe roads for our children in the UK and the Government are making cut backs to reduce the countries debt..In Newcastle alone putting at least 17 lollipop patrols out of action.. to save money.. The areas around Newcastle still have these patrols for a reason..the safety of our children!!!! My local lollipop man Frankie has been doing is job for nearly 12years and is dreading his hours being removed to accommodate the rising country debt.. the area he covers is not a quiet road it is a busy road Newbiggin Lane on the junction of Bedeburn Road and he provides this service for our children.. please sign this petition to save Frankie's job and all our lollipop patrols and potentially a child's life..
