We are still awaiting a response to a freedom of information request submitted on 27th February 2019 asking for information on the Newcastle Open Space Assessment - a document highly pertinent to our legal case. 

We were told the public interest did not outweigh the need to disclose the information and have since requested an internal review and passed the case to the Information Commissioner's Office to investigate.
