As we have passed 5,000 signatures today, I want to say a huge thank you to all who have joined in to support a change that’s good for everyone. I have been so excited to see that Midwives and Nurses are telling how this crazy way of classifying babies as “unqualified” impacts on their workload and their job satisfaction, and everything that goes along with that. It’s vital that we have the support of the wider community, or the “consumer” of maternity care to make this a really strong campaign. We need the federal government to listen and act! So big thanks to everyone that has given us their support so far. No reply from the politicians yet so we just have to make the voice get louder! Please help keep this rolling.
