Breed Specific Legislation is discrimination. Newark residents are being penalized for the pets they chose to love. BSL does not protect the community from irresponsible pet owners.

Dogs should be judged on their behavior not negative stereotypes. It is very difficult and costly to enforce the current law. A much better approach will be enacting the present State of Ohio law.
