Sex Offender GIFTED 62% Discount off his Sentence!

A guilty sex-offender who took advantage of the innocence and vulnerability of a young girl had his 5-year prison sentence discounted down to only 11 months Home Detention!

The offender now 34 who can not be named, sexually violated the young girl from the age of seven until she was nine. The offender took advantage of his young neighbour when he invited her to play video games with him.

The offender was not added to the Sex Offender Register because Judge Nevin Dawson did not believe the man was a risk to other children.
The offender did not go to the Police and turn himself in at any stage. He sexually assaulted the young girl on multiple occasions. He manipulated an innocent young child not to talk about the abuse to protect his selfish, sexually deviant behaviours.

The offender ONLY got caught because the victim found the courage to speak up years after the abuse. For many innocent young victims they will never be able to speak up. The ongoing fear, the self-blame, the unfair shame a victim carries into adulthood is a common effect of the distorted manipulation a sexual predator uses to keep their victim or victims silent.

It is never a child's fault if an abuser makes the choice to sexually assault a child. No child wants to be a victim, no child deserves to be a victim!

Judge Dawson began the offenders starting sentence at 5 years. Then like a sick distorted judicial supermarket the discounted bargaining commenced.

The end sentence was 23 months which was then converted to 11 months Home Detention!
