The Federal Court of Appeals in my Local district has accepted my Appeals and I was appointed an Appellate Attorney to represent my case. The Attorney stated in his letter to the Court of Appeals, and I quote; "This case does hold merit, because the father vigorously advocated his position to move forward with his appeals, and the Court or Appeals does have jurisdiction over the father's assertions of Civil Rights Violations, Constitutional Violations, and Parental Rights Violations."
