As of Friday January 4th, 2019 - Visitation with my son, Seneca County CPS / DHS is NOW VIDEO TAPING & RECORDING VISITATIONS WITH MY SON.  

My son told me at Visitation that he and his mother and her boyfriend SOLD their house and have moved to another County, and Are living at his Maternal Grandmother's house.  Who's house I may add is FILTH, HOARDER full of Crap and MY SON HAS BEEN SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR ON AN AIR MATTRESS FOR THE PAST 24 MONTHS IN THE CARE OF HIS MOTHER.  

My son told me at Visitation that they have been living at "Grandma's house since before Christmas."   STILL SLEEPING on the FLOOR ON AN AIR MATTRESS.  From what I know of the house of the Maternal Grandmother - the Dog Poops all over the Floor, The Floors are FULL OF DUST, (My son is allergic to Dust), The House is full of clutter so much that they didn't even have room to put up a Christmas tree at all.  The House is Small, and only has 1 Bedroom upstairs.  So where does the Grandmother sleep ?  ON THE COUCH because she's 230 lbs and doesn't get up off the couch all day 7 days a week. She pisses in her depends underwear and when she does change she leaves them in the trash and the trash cans over flow with filth, and dirty filthy toilet paper, and depends underwear.  The Kitchen Sink is always full of Dirty dishes.  

I have brought to the attention of the Seneca County CPS caseworkers and they don't care at all.  So NOW IT'S TIME TO ASK THE QUESTION TO SENECA COUNTY DHS / CPS ---------- WHY WASN'T ONTARIO COUNTY CPS NOTIFIED AND WHY WASN'T I NOTIFIED THAT MY SON AND HIS MOTHER ARE NO LONGER RESIDENTS OF SENECA COUNTY AND WHERE MY SON IS LIVING IS IN THE JURISDICTION OF ANOTHER COUNTY - --------------AND JURISDICTION OF ANOTHER FAMILY COURT ------ NOT SENECA COUNTY FAMILY COURT ANYMORE !!!  

THEN THE NEXT THING THAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN IS TO CONTACT THE COUNTY THEY ARE CURRENTLY RESIDING IN AND WHY HAVEN'T THEY CONTACTED ME TO SET UP VISITATIONS WITH MY SON AND WHY HASN'T THE CPS CASE BEEN TRANSFERRED TO THAT COUNTY.  THROW THEM A CURVE BALL - CATCH THEM OFFF GUARD WITH THIS INFORMATION THAT I JUST FOUND OUT THIS PAST FRIDAY JANUARY 4th, 2019 FROM MY SON.  

ALSO - THE PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE OF HER HOUSE --- SHE HAS THE MONEY TO PAY FOR HER OWN ATTORNEY -  GUESS I NEED TO PETITION THE COURT TO "DISMISS" HER COURT APPOINTED ATTORNEY SINCE MY SON'S MOTHER NOW HAS OVER $50,000.00 THAT COULD BE SPENT ON AN ATTORNEY OF HER OWN AND NOT BE COURT APPOINTED TO HER !!!! 

I NEED TO TYPE UP A MOTION TO "DISMISS HER LAWYER" AND TURN IT INTO FAMILY COURT TOMORROW, ALONG WITH LETTING THE JUDGE KNOW THAT SHE NO LONGER RESIDES IN SENECA COUNTY.  SO THE CASE NEEDS TO BE TRANSFERRED TO THE COUNTY IN WHICH SHE LIVES IN !!!!  

I HAVE TO FILE WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE

I HAVE TO FILE WITH THE LOCAL CONGRESSMAN 

I HAVE TO FILE WITH THE LOCAL SENATOR.  

I HAVE TO FILE WITH THE WESTERN DISTRICT FEDERAL COURT 

THE FUN BEGINS IN 2019 -   I JUST TURNED IN MY DEMAND LETTERS AND NOTICES TO 2 COUNTIES THAT ARE OR WERE INVOLVED IN MY CASE.  THEY HAVE TIME TO RESPOND TO ME ON MY DEMAND(S).  IF THEY DON'T RESPOND WITHIN 3 DAYS OR 30 DAYS - I WILL FILE IN FEDERAL COURT FOR A CIVIL ACTION AGAINST BOTH COUNTIES FOR THE "ILLEGAL KIDNAPPING" OF MY SON !!!!
