I will not ask you for your money which you work hard for.  What I am doing is posting an update, to let you know that if you are able to "Donate" however much you can to "Promote" this Petition, the more viewers & supporters this Petition will reach.

Recently, December 19th, I was harassed, interrogated, my home was illegally searched by a Seneca County Child Protective Services Caseworker who did NOT have a Court Order to perform his search of my home.  Not to mention that there have been "Posted No Trespassing" signs in my front yard meant mainly for "Any Child Protective Caseworker" of either Ontario County CPS or Seneca County CPS.  

I have been told by the "Seneca County CPS Commissioner" that I am under a court order to "Cooperate with Seneca County CPS Agency."  That includes any "home inspections" on a monthly basis.  What she is telling me is that My "Constitutional Rights" are being violated, and that they and the family court elected government official have "Immunity" from prosecution if they trespass onto my property, and into my home.  WRONG !!  Then I am told that if I do not cooperate with the Seneca County DHS / CPS Personnel (tuck my tail / and beg like a puppy & bow down to their every whim) that they will file a "Violation" against me in Family Court. Go Figure.  THIS CASE IS GETTING MUCH WORSE.  

I have gone out and spent over $1,500 on Documents, Legal Consultation Fees @ $250/hour.  All Lawyers I have consulted with want a $10,000.00 retainer fee.  I can not afford that kind of financial set back.  I don't have that kind of money to retain a lawyer to represent me not only in Family Court but also in the Rochester Court of Appeals, Nor in the Western District Federal Court once I file in the Federal Court after the 1st of 2019.  

December 20th, (today) I just went out and spend over $100 on making copies of over 300 pages / printing documents for EVERY CPS AGENCY, My Own Documents to keep for myself as Originals, Even Demand Letters, stating Constitutional Law, Penal Law, Canon's of Judicial Ethics for Judges, and Lawyers to uphold the Ethics of Court Integrity & Dignity in Public Interest.

The CPS Caseworker told me that "They were going to bring my son to our home over Christmas Vacation."  Now after my son had thoughts of "Self Harm" at Visitation this past Tuesday December 18th, 2018;  I contacted the NYS Police and the State Police Trooper went to the home of my son's mother to talk with my son.  Because of that "Child Safety, Wellbeing, and Welfare Check", I am not told that "Seneca County CPS" will not be bringing my son to "OUR" home over Christmas Vacation.  All Because of my CARE / CONCERN for my son's safety & Wellbeing after telling me at Visitation "I was praying that I can come back home to live with you, and if I can't I wish my life would just end."  So now; they want to play "Tit For Tat" game with me; "Chase the Ball", "An Eye For an Eye", "A Tooth for a Tooth, game with my son and I.  So I asked the CPS Caseworker "Under False Pretense, you knowingly came to my home to "Search my home without a Court Order, Trespassed onto my property, and Trespassed into my home, now you're telling me that you "LIED TO ME" and you changed your mind about "Bringing my son to our home" over Christmas Vacation ?  

I was told when the Commissioner of Seneca County DHS / CPS contacted me; that "You need to take responsibility for your actions".  I asked her "What actions, because I have DONE NOTHING WRONG." You people all of you, including Ontario County CPS are the ones who have done MY SON AND I WRONG. I am NOT GUILTY OF ANYTHING.  So the Commissioner asks me the question; "So what you're saying is that everyone has done wrong by you, and you haven't done anything wrong at all ?"  I told her; "Yes, that's right, I have done NOTHING WRONG, and my son should not be where he's at because my son WAS NOT IN DANGER WITH ME NOR WAS HE IN IMMINENT RISK OF HARM with me in January 2017 when the Ontario County CPS Caseworker came to my home on my son's mother's "HEARSAY" Complaint, and Commission of False Misleading, Omitted Allegations against me, That's Right I am NOT GUILTY OF ANYTHING, I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG."  All of you in Ontario County CPS and Seneca County CPS and Family Court are the ones who have, and continue to cause "Sever Emotional Harm onto my son."  NOT ME !!!  

Ok so This coming Tuesday is Christmas Day, The Agency is Closed for the holiday.  THE COURT ORDER STATES THAT ANY CHANGE IN THE VISITATION DAY AND OR TIME MUST BE MADE 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE.  SENECA COUNTY CPS ONLY HAS TOMORROW ON FRIDAY TO DO SO !!!!  December 21, 2018.  IF THEY WAIT TO CALL ME ON MONDAY DECEMBER 24th, 2018, IF THE AGENCY IS EVEN OPEN ON MONDAY DECEMBER 24th, THAT'S ONLY 24 HOUR NOTICE !!!  GUESS I CAN FILE YET ANOTHER VIOLATION AGAINST SENECA COUNTY CPS IN FAMILY COURT AND MAKE A COPY FOR THE APPELLATE COURT AND FEDERAL COURT ALSO HUH ?  YAY FOR ME !!!  COME ON SENECA COUNTY CPS GIVE ME REASON TO "VIOLATE YOU" INSTEAD OF YOU THREATENING TO VIOLATE ME FOR YOUR LIES AND ILLEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST ME & AGAINST MY SON AND I BOTH !!!  "DEPRIVATION OF VISITATIONS OVER CHRISTMAS VACATION !!!  NOT SCHEDULED WITH 48 HOUR NOTICE IN ADVANCE !!!  COME ON BRING IT ON SENECA COUNTY CPS !!! GIVE ME MORE REASON TO FIGHT BACK AGAINST ALL OF YOU AND ALL OF YOUR ILLEGAL ACTS AGAINST MY SON & I. 

Oh it gets better, trust me but I will leave the update where it's at for now.

Happy Holidays to all of you.  Mine will not be so great this year, since this will be the 2nd year that my son and I are not able to write a letter to Santa, and wake up the next day to a Written Reply from Santa either, nor will we be able to open Christmas presents together.  (Until a later date) When he is able to come home.   

I Cry every day, and Night that my son is not home with me.  Especially more so when I see him at visitations and he tells me "he wishes he wants to come back home to live with me, and his real home is with me not with his mother, and if he can't come back home; he wishes his life would just end, and doesn't and doesn't want to live anymore.  I Cry, because I don't know how else to handle the situation.  I can talk everyone's ear(s) off, but that still does not change the circumstance of the Illegal Activity taking place, for the past 23 months to my son and I. 

In New York State alone, Child Protective Services has since 1998 through 2017; has been Federally Funded over $9million dollars.  If I'm not mistaken the State of Texas was Federally Funded (Legal Kidnapping) of children; over $43 Million dollars.  Each and Every State in the Continental United States; There is a Misappropriation of over $600 Million dollars when Child Protection Agencies remove Children from loving families, and either place them with guardians of other family members, or in state custody in Foster care facilities.  DOING MORE HARM THAN GOOD TO OUR CHILDREN !!!  IT'S DISGUSTING TO SAY THE LEAST (THAT'S AN UNDERSTATEMENT).  THE CPS CASE WORKERS ARE EVEN OFFERED "INCENTIVES, BONUSES" IF THEY REMOVE A CHILD FROM THE HOME OF A LOVING PARENT / PARENTS.  WHEN WILL THIS END ?  WE NEED TO TAKE A STAND NOW AGAINST GOVERNMENT AGENCIES SUCH AS CPS / DHS/ DCFS ALL ACROSS THE UNITED STATES.  

I JUST READ A PETITION IN IRELAND, AND AUSTRAILIA; CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT THE SAME THING IS HAPPENING IN OTHER CONTINENTS (COUNTRIES) !!!!  I WONDER IF THEY ARE FEDERALLY FUNDED ALSO.  AND THE CHILDREN AND LOVING PARENTS ARE SUFFERING AT THE HANDS OF CHILD PROTECTIVE, AND FAMILY COURT !!!  STOP THE ABDUCTION OF OUR CHILDREN, STOP THE TYRANNY, STOP THE FEDERAL FUNDING, SPEND THOSE FEDERAL FUNDS ON SOMETHING MORE PRODUCTIVE AND MORE POSITIVE THAN HARMING FAMILIES ALL ACROSS THE UNITED STATES.  GO FIGURE, IF THE GOVERNMENT FUNDING WERE TO STOP, OUR NATIONAL DEBT WOULD DECREASE UNLESS THE GOVERNMENT WERE TO SPEND THAT MONEY ON OTHER UNNECESSARY, ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES.  WHEN IS OUR GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS CPS/DHS/DCFS AND FAMILY COURT CORRUPTION GOING TO SEE THE END OF THEIR DAYS !!!  

POOR NANCY SCHAFER AND HER HUSBAND WERE BRUTALLY MURDERED / BECAUSE NANCY WAS ABOUT TO TAKE HER LEGISLATIVE BILL AND REFORM TO LEGISLATION.  OH WOW, SOMEONE IN GOVERNMENT A STATE SENATOR WANTED TO REFORM CPS AND FAMILY COURT SYSTEM FROM GETTING FEDERAL FUNDING AND LEGAL KIDNAPPING OF OUR CHILDREN.  OH GUESS THAT WAS AN INSIDE "MURDER" They Called it MURDER SUICIDE.  WHY ? BECAUSE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS DIDN'T WANT TO PUT A STOP TO THE FEDERAL FUNDING FOR LEGAL (ILLEGAL) KIDNAPPING OF OUR CHILDREN FROM LOVING FAMILIES !!!!  I GUESS A LOT OF PEOPLE ALL OVER THE UNITED STATES WOULD HAVE BEEN OUT OF WORK WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT OF CPS AND FAMILY COURT SYSTEM.  GOD FORBID THAT HAPPENS.  JUST REFORM THE LAWS TO BETTER SERVE LOVING FAMILIES AND PROTECT OUR CHILDREN !!!   

Sorry I'm going to stop, I keep rambling on and on.  I'm so HYPED up over all this "Illegal Activity" by CPS and FAMILY COURT SYSTEM.  AND MY SON NOT BEING HOME WITH ME.  I PRAY TO GOD MY SON DOES NOT HARM HIMSELF !!!  ONTARIO COUNTY AND SENECA COUNTY CPS / DHS BETTER PRAY TO GOD EVERY DAY AND NIGHT THAT NOTHING HAPPENS TO MY SON BEING AROUND SERIAL LIARS, (HIS MOTHER & BOYFRIEND & HER OTHER CHILDREN), AND CRIMINALLY ASSOCIATED PERSONS / GUILTY BY ASSOCIATION !!!!  THEY WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IN FEDERAL COURT AND IN SOCIETY / PUBLIC INTEREST AT LEAST LOCALLY IF NOT ALL ACROSS THE UNITED STATES IN THE NEWS MEDIA !!!  MY SON IS LIVING IN HARMS WAY, MY SON IS LIVING IN FEAR, MY SON IS LIVING A LIE (LEARNED BEHAVIOR), MY SON IS LIVING AND PRETENDING EVERYTHING IS OK WHEN HE TELLS ME EVERYTHING IS NOT OK.  HE TELLS ME HE'S PRETENDING ABOUT EVERYTHING AND WANTS TO COME BACK HOME WITH ME TO HIS REAL HOME.   OK I've Said enough.  

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL OF YOU, AND HAPPY NEW YEAR.  PRAY FOR MY SON PLEASE THAT HE AND I MAKE IT THROUGH THE COMING MONTHS AND WILL HAVE "VICTORY" IN 2019, THAT HE WILL BE BACK HOME WITH ME, AND ONTARIO COUNTY, SENECA COUNTY CPS AND FAMILY COURTS WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES !!!!!  PRAISE BE TO GOD THIS WILL HAPPEN IN 2019 !!!!  AMEN !!!
