At Supervised Visitation again Tuesday December 18th, in the presence of CPS Caseworker, My son put his head on my forehead and said he was praying. I asked him if he wanted to pray together and share with me what he was praying for. "Dad I was praying that I could come back home to live with you, and if I can't that I don't want to live anymore, I want to live because I love you and want to be with you."
CPS Caseworker heard my son say he was praying to be back home living with me, but didn't hear my son say he doesn't want to live anymore. I asked my son to tell me again what he just said. He repeated what he said, but this time didn't say anything about not wanting to live anymore. So I left the visitation at the end of our time, I went to the State Police and filed a Complaint - The State Trooper went to the home of his mother to talk with my son. The CPS Caseworker was actually called to come out to the house also. The state trooper spoke with my son 1 on 1. My son told the trooper that he did tell me he was praying to come back home to live with me, but didn't tell him about not wanting to live anymore because he knows he's around his Mother and doesn't want to live in fear around her hearing him say that. She wouldn't do anything even if he did say that in her presence. So the State Trooper called me back and told me to follow through with filing with the Attorney Generals Office, Federal Court, and with the Congressman, and the Senator. My son is learning to become a Liar when he's in the presence of his mother and others at her house.
The CPS Personnel that was there did tell the State Trooper that my son did express wishing his life would just end and didn't want to live anymore if he can't come back home with me 3 weeks ago, but didn't tell the Trooper that my son said it again today on December 18th at Visitation. The CPS worker in the visitation was sitting there looking at his phone when my son Made that comment so the CPS person didn't hear my son. My son repeated what he told me but left out the other part of not wanting to live anymore. So at least the CPS person told the State Trooper that my son did have suicide thoughts 3 weeks ago at visitation. The State Trooper recommended that the Visitations start to be recorded so that my son could be heard saying this kind of stuff when he does. That way there's EVIDENCE of my son Saying those things. I've always wanted to record the Visitations so I have evidence, but that's a Felony if I were to record without the permission of the CPS agency.
Needless to say - Nothing happened tonight or this afternoon by CPS or the State Trooper regarding my son saying he wishes his life would just end, didn't want to live anymore if he can't come back home to live with me. My son "CONTINUES TO MAKE THESE STATEMENTS" but yet CPS and the LAWYERS DO NOTHING ABOUT IT TO PROTECT MY SON FROM HARM / EMOTIONAL HARM / PHYSICAL HARM !!!!! CORRUPTION AT IT'S BEST !!!! BY CPS PERSONNEL !!!!
