The CPS Case Worker never Obtained a Court Order for Removal of 10yr old son.  Violation of Due Process 42 U.S.C. 1983.  Violation of Duty to her title and job position.  Accordingly, her supervisor and the Commissioner of Social Services can held accountable under the Law "Vicarious Liability."   "The Employer is responsible for the actions of it's employee(s)"  

The link show 3 main steps that must be followed before any child can be removed from any parent not only in NYS but all across the United States.  If this happens in any other states which I have read case law on already and seen videos on YouTube about, it is a "PARENTAL RIGHT VIOATION OF DUE PROCESS 42 U.S.C. 1983, the 4th Amendment, and, the 14th Amendment Constitutional Rights.  If you watch the Video on the Main Petition page I believe 42 minutes in length, it clarifies the what I am posting as an update.  "It is Illegal to Fabricate, Lie, Present False Evidence, Mislead, Show Bias, in a Court to any Judge" to remove a child from the "Care, Custody, and Control of Biological Parent(s).  I had Sole Custody of my son, who was removed from me WITHOUT A COURT ORDER BY CPS who Aided & Abetted my son's mother in doing so without "EXIGENT CIRCUMSTANCES" that did not exist.  As you will read in the link I have posted with this update.    Click the Link and you will see (Read) the 3 main steps to categorize what CPS must do before a removal of a child can happen.  My son was NOT in danger, nor was he in imminent risk of harm.  I have a nice clean, properly well kept home, and he still has everything he needs.  Everything, including a Loving Father that "KNOWS A LOT ABOUT HIS NEUROLOGICAL DISORDER" "AUTISM" ------ that the Court nor his mother, Nor CPS Nor the Attorney's know anything about, unless they have been told about it within the past few months.  Which I doubt.  If they do have any knowledge of Autism Neurological Disorder, Behavioral Disorder(s), they wouldn't have done what they did to him nor I by removing him from me to cause more harm onto Him !!  (and Myself) but mainly & more importantly him.  He still continues to have Suicidal Thoughts, wishing his life would just end, not wanting to live anymore; in his own words: "If I can't come back home to live with you Dad, I don't want to live with my mom and her boyfriend forever, I hate both of them, I hate my mom for doing what she did to me and to us." 

My son has learned to Lie just so that his privileges don't get taken away from him.
