Logan at Visitation 12 / 11 / 18 again had Suicidal thoughts while talking about Christmas.  Logan said to me (father);  "Dad I just want to be back home with you for Christmas, if I can't be home with you, I wish my life would just end, I don't want to live anymore, I just want to come home to be with you and I want to open my Christmas presents with you, and spend my Christmas vacation with you, if I can't come back home with you I don't want to live anymore."    CPS Case worker DID NOTHING ABOUT THE SITUATION and LOGAN'S COMMENTS AT ALL.  He sat there and told Logan to change the subject.  (Neglecting Logan's Wishes, Thoughts, and his FREE SPEECH).  It's like the CPS worker didn't even care that Logan wishes his life would end, and doesn't want to live anymore.  It just keeps getting worse for Logan, Emotionally.  If anyone has Caused the EMOTIONAL HARM ONTO MY SON LOGAN, ONTARIO COUTY CPS, LOGAN'S MOTHER, AND SENECA COUNTY CPS & SENECA COUNTY FAMILY COURT, Logan's Law Guardian, and all Attorney's involved have DONE MORE DAMAGE, HARM TO LOGAN  I personally have NEVER done anything to harm Logan in any way, shape or form  "God's Honest Truth" as a Very Loving Father who has raised Logan since the tender age of 2yrs old.   Logan's mother told Logan that he can not spend his OWN SSI Money for 1 Xbox Gift Card, due to his Autism diagnosis, if he wanted any Christmas presents.  What this tells me is that Logan's SSI Money is BUYING HIS OWN CHRISTMAS PRESENTS.  NOT "SANTA."   Logan and I use to Write Letters to leave with the Milk and Plate of Cookies and a Carrot or 2 for his Reindeer.  Logan and I have not been able to do this for the past 2 Christmas'.   I also found out from Logan that his mother sold her house and they are moving.  Where ?  I have no clue.  Logan's mother is running around telling everyone that she has "FULL CUSTODY" of Logan when by Court Order SHE ONLY HAS TEMPORARY PLACEMENT of Logan.  Logan even stated at Visitation that she won't let him spend his own SSI money for what he wants, because she wants to BUY HERSELF & HER BOYFRIEND NEW CLOTHES.  NOW Since they are planning on Moving into a different home (Purchase)  She is Planning to use LOGAN's SSI Money to Pay for the MORTGAGE and any house Expenses.  Logan's Money IS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE USED FOR ANYTHING BUY LOGAN. (Clothing, Food, Shelter, Extra Curricular Activities that Logan wants to do).   SSI FRAUD (Waste, Misuse Of SSI FUNDS) that belong to Logan, this just adds to the list of Violations by Logan's Mother, and lawyer, and judge involved.  CAUSING MORE EMOTIONAL HARM ONTO LOGAN.  So as Logan's Father I took part of my Last $75 and bought Logan an Xbox Gift Card that I gave him.  Also, lets add to the fact that Logan's mother will tell her Boyfriend to FILE LOGAN ON HIS STATE AND FEDERAL TAX RETURN, WHEN LOGAN IS NOT HIS CHILD, AND HAS NO LEGAL AUTHORITY TO DO SO.  THIS IS A FALSE "FILING OF A CHILD EXEMPTION" THE BOYFRIEND IS NOT ENTITLED TO FILE ON HIS TAXES !!!
