I am the proud owner of an amazing, intelligent, beautiful, sweet and loving 2.5 y/o pitbull/dalmation mix named Fozzy. I consider him my family and anyone who is a pet owner understands exactly where I am coming from. However, currently there are many apartment complexes, individual landlords and insurance companies that are, for some unknown reason, allowed to discriminate against people who own certain breeds of dogs, pitbulls being one of them. They are denied housing and/or insurance. This is unacceptable! Would these companies/individuals be allowed to discriminate against someone because one of their family members had a certain color skin or came from a different background? NO!!! This needs to end now! Please help me in ending the discrimination against our pets, our dogs, our beloved family members.
