Finish the Good Samaritan Law legislation - define the consequences of not providing help.

The Issue

We need the Good Samaritan Law finalized to make a person or people accountable for not calling Health Care Professionals (911) for a person in their presence in need of medical treatment if the person in need expires. The person or people who through their negligence failed to provide the necessary medical attention for the person in need faces negligent homicide or involuntary murder charges or second degree murder charges depending on the evidence procured. In some cases where the suspect or suspects have in any way contributed to a person’s death first degree murder charges will be upheld. This law will provide the necessary legal assistance for drug related cases, people at a party that drank too much or had an adverse reaction to alcohol or people that had drugs or such given to them by not their own doing. This law would in no way have any effect on a normal human. This will only affect the evil beings that dwell in our society that have contributed to these people’s death. We need to add that if the people in need are moved and placed elsewhere the sentence will be increased. This law will save thousands of lives each year and maybe these drug dealers and contributors will think twice about getting help for these unable to help themselves. With the epidemic of heroin and other drugs we as a society have to start somewhere. It’s up to us to get balls and stand up to protect our people. Laws are too lenient in New York State. This is my petition. Please sign my petition so that we can make a difference to safe our Loved Ones. Deb Dailey Justice needs to be served. For Joel and Peter and all other people that passed because they were not provided help when it was needed most and that was only a phone call away.
