It's time to let Club/Travel Youth Sport programs (Hockey, Basketball, Volleyball, etc) in New York State be allowed to travel to the contiguous states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts or Vermont to play in organized tournaments.  Contact tracing has proven that the risk of contracting Covid-19 through youth sports is very low.  Statistics has also shown that contracting the virus through traveling is very low.  If NYS will not allow tournaments to take place its its own state, let's allow the kids to travel out of state to play, as long as teams comply with testing and quarantine protocols.
