Gardiner and surrounding residents are really coming together as the petition has 1000 signatures!

Just to keep you up to date- The Town and County are in talks to sit down with the state DOT to hopefully expedite the process needed to make safety improvements. I also received a call from the state today. But we must keep the pressure on!

Its such a tragedy nothing was done a few years back after the young Walden police officer died at this intersection. Now we mourn the loss of a Gardiner Fire Department member. We don’t want to lose anymore community members when the solution is easy. A traffic signal is needed. It’s just a matter of getting the state to act.
