A New York attorney attacked another passenger on a subway in NYC. This is not her first documented outburst of violence.

The woman was unprovoked in her attack. The victim was not even aware that the cursing was addressed to her in the beginning of the video. The video starts with a verbal assault, shows Ms. Lushchinskaya preparing for a fight (i.e. putting her hair up, removing her gloves, and pulling keys and an umbrella out of her purse), and escalating the fight to a physical attack and racial slurs. 

Several passengers tried to intervene before one man made a citizen's arrest. Seven or eight passengers stayed with the Good Samaritan until police showed up to support the arrest.

While I understand that life can be stressful, we do not tolerate behavior like this in America from anyone, let alone a lawyer. As a law student preparing to enter the field, I view Ms. Lushchinskaya as an embarrassment and a disgrace to our community.
