Following Hotel Henry announcement of the closing of their business on 2/16/2021, couples booked their weddings there had been told that Hotel Henry had depleted all the funds and does not have any money left to issue refunds of the deposits paid in advance, nor give credits for couples to book elsewhere. Some couples had paid thousands of dollars in deposits and progress contract payment, but the Hotel had mismanaged those funds that were supposed to be kept in escrow and spent the money held for services not yet performed.  This hotel had stolen contracted payments of honest hard working couples and we demand justice!
