I need the members of TWU Local 100 to sign this petition so we get the MTA to discontinue this hiatus act of taking our fingerprints and using it for clock in / out purposes. The system we currently abide by has not failed US nor the MTA. It is certain subsidiaries who have brought this new protocol on & with that said “If it’s not broken, why fix it?” What is real reason behind using KRONOS? Why is the MTA collecting fingerprints? Where is the security notice that states our fingerprints will not be used for any other reasons versus timekeeping? Where was the notice that this was coming forward to us members? 

KRONOS is currently in a class-action lawsuit for privacy issues that stemmed from fingerprints. YOU as a member of this union have rights. If we allow them to do this, what else will we allow them to do?
