Urge NY Attorney General to bring a case to the US Supreme Court for a Clinton victory

I, along with 26,400 other concerned American citizens, am writing today to urge you to to challenge the Winner-Take-All system for allocating Electoral college votes before the Supreme Court.

The ‘WTA’ system is not mandated by the Constitution and it’s time to challenge it. Please stand up to this unconstitutional inequality and represent the millions of New York voters who are disenfranchised or effectively had their Presidential votes diluted by this unfair state rule. We want to ensure our rights under the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution, and we demand that you fight for them.

Please find attached the 26,400 signatures of the people who are demanding this. You must act now to ensure that we all have our fair share of the vote.
