I'm asking for permission to present a slide about free birth control for the teens at New Vista High School. It was brought to my attention that most of the girls and transgender people under the age of 24 aren't aware of their right to get free birth control. It's an important topic, and teens deserve to know this information. It is unfair that only teachers and counselors can present this information. Students should be able to share the information that they have learned to their peers. People need to be made aware of their rights, and not from some poster, a presentation with more information than one can get from a single slide.
