Since the change in administration several years ago, from Kelly Williams to Kris Effinger, we have all felt the negative impact. We have lost amazing secretaries to other schools, and we also lost Mr. Martin, our amazing assistant principal, to another school.

The  morale among teachers and staff is visibly different. Our school has the most incredible teachers and support staff , and I fear we will continue to lose them. 

Orange Elementary has always had amazing school spirit, strong parent involvement, and school-sponsored activities. Gradually, all three of those things have started to fade away.

When parents have tried to present their concerns at public meetings, a very common response has been to shut down discussions. We want to be heard, and ultimately, we want a school that is welcoming and a happy place for our kids.

Please sign to show the district that we want new leadership. We need a new principal. We love our kids, our school, and our community.
