I would like to bring your attention to a serious problem within the New Hampshire Legal System.

In 2013 my son, Tim, and my ex wife, Priscilla, were brutally murdered by my other son, Shawn.

The evidence against Shawn is overwhelming; there is no question in anyone's mind that he committed this heinous crime. To date, justice has not been served. Shawn has been deemed incompetent to stand trial, but competent to potentially be released into society. This is unacceptable.

For over 8 years, my family and I have been through Hell. We have reached out to the Attorney General's office, Domestic Violence Advocates, the Senator and Governor of New Hampshire, and many others. Quite frankly, no one seems to care. We continue to reach out for help to no avail.

Other cases, similar to ours, have become public recently. Our voices deserve to be heard. It is unacceptable to release violent and dangerous criminals back into the community and give them another opportunity to harm someone else. The laws need to change.

Where is the justice for Tim and Priscilla and all the others who have suffered due to our faulty laws? How do we begin to repair this broken system?
