Eliminate the crazy and confusing Two Lane Lee Traffic Circle Roundabout nightmare that has created several accidents. Alter it to a Single Lane Roundabout, or simply put in a major intersection with State-of-the-art traffic signals, which will also allow crosswalks for pedestrians. How does a pedestrian safely cross over this area?
