Trials and tribulations

Trying to make the most of the afternoon. Having established that the summons WAS laid in time, the defence applied for the case to be re-opened on the basis that the defendant had taken his paperwork - indicating that he wanted to plead not guilty - to Aldershot Magistrates' Court before the very first hearing and gave it to an usher. That paperwork seems to have gone missing. Trial date is now Wednesday 7th September at 10 am. Photo: husband trying vaguely to smile.
