Petition to create NEW Charter Elementary School in Harrison Bay Area. 

Why a new school? 
Better education for Hamilton County children. This is a response to double dipping by school board member Karitsa Jones (who collects double paychecks on the tax payers School Board/City of Chattanooga) and her Marxist cronies who pushed to bus kids way out of area into Harrison Elementary schools for their woke agenda which now has created an explosion in disciplinary issues at Harrison Elementary Schools with no recourse for parents with subpar leadership.

Parents want their kids to have the best education with true discipline policies to ensure bad apples are removed. Under the current woke school board chair Tiffany Johnson and Superintendent Justin Robertson they are running Hamilton County schools straight into the ground. 

One of their dirty little tricks is to reclassify juvenile delinquents as special needs to push them into other areas while hurting the real special needs kids in the process. Another fraud they do is reclassifying ILLEGAL’s as homeless with no immunization record, residency, etc to hide them in the school system (email/text message proof). This equates to embezzlement and theft of tax dollars. Doesn't sound like much, try 70MM+ per year on Hamilton County citizens. If someone funneled 70MM from TN Care they would be looking at decades in prison, let’s see if we can do the same here!

Parents have had enough and are now working to start NEW charter schools or are moving their kids to home/private school at the same time looking to cut-off/claw back their tax dollars from the FAILING HCDE public schools systems. It's not about education, it's about MARXIST INDOCTRINATION! 

Justin Robertson is currently looking to bring in additional 79 uncertified so called counselors (aka Marxist enablers) bringing total to approx 200 into Hamilton County schools at a whopping starting salary of 77K. These are NOT teachers and seeking to RAISE YOUR TAXES as they embezzle 70MM from Hamilton County taxpayers in the other hand. 

Roberts and the attorney are also working to change the everywhere the Hamilton County School Board Policy says EQUALITY to EQUITY which is a simple term for DISCRIMINATION. 

Yes that's right the Superintendent of Hamilton County schools is working to cultivate OPEN DISCRIMINATION of students in Hamilton County Schools, but parents are on to his tactics.
