Hard working people are paying their rent monthly, just to have bad living conditions. The heat inside the apartments are very inhabitable for a long period of time. This can cause bad health concerns. There has been numerous complaints about various problems such as bad leaks, no heat, no air conditioner, and walls/ roofs caving in. Although, the property is aware of the conditions of the place, they have chosen to raise rent and "renovate" apartments to lure in new residents who a couple months in have the same problems. People naturally do not/ can not just move out of their homes, especially people who has lived here for years. People shouldn't have to move when they are paying rent, instead they should accommodated. Help the residents get their justice through signing this petition and spreading the word.
