Nevada AB291 violates the right to due process which is guaranteed by the US Constitution. You are now guilty until proven innocent. This law, while passed by legislation, will not satisfy the requirements to make it constitutional! This will affect every man woman and child in this state moving forward as it sets a precedent for circumnavigating the Constitution. Today it’s due process, tomorrow it could be your free speech or freedom of religion, or it could your right to feel secure in home and with your possession, or as we are currently seeing, it could very well be the things we use to protect ourselves against threats of harm. 

I am hoping to use those petition to help spread the word that there is a movement to recall our governor, repeal this unconstitutional law, and to take back our state and make it better than what it was by making sure that every law moving forward will be able to have its intended effect while adhering to the requirements of the State and US Constitution.
