The FBI calls Havana Syndrome "a mysterious ailment" that causes symptoms including dizziness, nausea and headaches caused by directed energy weapons.

The truth is "Havana Syndrome" is only a surface level symptom of a much larger wide spread phenomenon taking place world wide.

The CIA has been using Neuroweapons as a form of enhanced brain to brain (brain to machine) communication for decades and has since passed these high tech capabilities to the FBI and many other foreign agencies.
