Keith David originally voiced Spawn in HBO's animated series "Todd McFarlane's Spawn" in the 1990's. Not only is David an extremely talented Voice actor, but to thousands of people, including myself, he IS Spawn. Many Spawn fans, and Keith David fans, were very excited to hear that he would return as the Hellspawn anti hero in his long awaited Mortal Kombat debut via a WB games press release, and I was lucky enough to ask him via Twitter if he would really be reprising his role. To many's surprise, Keith had no idea that this was happening, and would love to voice Spawn again. So if that press release was fake, let's band together and make it real! If NRS wants to bring Spawn to MK 11, than let's go the extra mile and get Spawn himself! So please sign, you would be doing a huge favor to both Spawn and Keith David fans everywhere, and also let NRS know who we want!
