We found out that our dearly beloved show, Rise, and its troupe members are not getting renewed for a second season. Those of us who have been dedicated fans since the first episode believe that 10 episodes are not enough to tell each troupe member's story and that the first season is only the beginning. Rise has characters that all of us can relate to and we're not ready to let all of that go when the final bows are made this Tuesday night. We are petitioning for Netflix or Hulu to pick up where NBC left off, or perhaps for NBC to reconsider their decision.
