I had a calling to create this petition in the hopes of saving Manifest, a show that aired on NBC for three seasons. Manifest is an awesome show with a hugely talented cast and crew. The creator Jeff Rake had a six season plan for the show, and NBC unjustly canceled it only halfway through.

The show has an all star cast that is both talented and diverse. Actors and actresses Melissa Roxburgh, Josh Dallas, Athena Karkanis, J.R. Ramirez, Luna Blaise, Jack Messina, Parveen Kaur, Matt Long, Holly Taylor, Daryl Edwards, and more consistently brought their A games every week to bring these characters to life. They deserve the opportunity to continue their stories.

It's not fair that the viewers who invested so much time watching this brilliant show now won't get closure. It's also not fair that the creator, cast, and crew who poured their hearts and souls into every aspect of this show won't get to finish telling their story. NBC made a terrible decision to cancel this show, dare I say the best show on their network. It's especially egregious given the fact they renewed shows that performed worse. They also continue to air dumb reality shows while canceling good shows like Manifest.

I call upon Netflix, TheCW, or another major network or streaming service to fly in and save this show. There is no other show on the air like Manifest. Jeff Rake and his cast and crew deserve the chance to finish their story. TheCW in particular could be a great place for this show. It would feel right at home on that network. Given the success Manifest has had after only a few days of streaming on Netflix, that also seems to be a great fit. But of course, we would appreciate any network or streaming service that is interested jumping in to save this awesome show! Please help us to get flight 828 back off the ground.
