The Royals premiered the summer of 2015 on E!, around the world. It grew a large fan base, considering the lack of social media at the time. It was sadly cancelled during 2018 after its show creator was fired. Despite trying to find another home for The Royals, nothing could be done at the time.

However since 2018 a lot has improved and grown, there are a larger number of networks nowadays, Netflix, AmazonPrime and HBO Max are just some.

I think that in today's society this show would flourish and get the attention it deserves. With the leaps and bounds social media has made and the fact that this show is very similar to other fan favourite's like Gossip Girl, Pretty Little Liars, and the current Re-boot Dynasty. If The Royals was to be picked up again from where it left off and continued I am 100% sure it would grow into something amazing.

We need to get the attention of as many networks as possible to get them to notice the unique tv show, The Royals!

This TV Show has an amazing cast with Elizabeth Hurley (Austin Powers) playing our Queen Helena, William Moseley (Narnia) as Prince Liam, Alexandra Park as the outstanding Princess Eleanor, Tom Austen (Helstrom) as Jasper, along with so many other amazing actors & actresses!

As a huge fan of TV in general and a 3rd year film & television graduate myself, I found this show during lockdown and binged it all in one go, sadly to learn it ended on a humongous cliff-hanger. I feel very protective of this show in particular, I don't know what it is in particular that makes me like that, perhaps because there is a small link to my University, seeing as there are some moments shot on my campus. Or maybe it's the fact it's set in London, which is unusual for a lot of current popular television shows. The Royals, may be set in London and about the "Royal Family" but it definitely has a major American feel to it, with the drama, comedy and loveable moments and characters throughout. I honestly love this show so much and we love to bring it back myself, but seeing as I can't still being a film student. I figured I could use some of the skills I have learnt over my course to try my hardest to get the attention of as many people as possible to get this show back on air, where it belongs!

We need to find this TV Show not only a new home but a new show-runner. We love the cinematography and overall look and feel of the show, but just feel that as fans we were robbed of a TV Show.

The place in which Season Four ends really does only feel like the beginning of something amazing! The potential future of this show is huge and I hope we can bring it the justice it truly deserves!
