Animal must not be abused or harmed by any humans. Its against the animal right. Other countries has rules for innocent animals but we dont. We need the new law for animals. Every day we have to see many cruel activities done by human to animals. We want to stop it. Live your life and let other creature live theirs. You have no rights to harm innocents animals. Earth is for every creature. So stop animal cruelty.
