Vectorworks: 

Due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) that is sweeping across the world, many, if not all of us, in the industries you serve have experienced unprecedented and unexpected financial hardship. Most of the core customers of your Designer and Spotlight Service Select products are out of work, or have seen their work become severely limited. 

Several prominent companies in our industry (ex. Adobe) have stepped up to offer free or discounted software to help those of us experiencing financial hardship continue to use their crucial products. By contrast, Vectorworks has been downright tone-deaf in their response. Many members in this community have reached out directly to sales representatives, only to be told that prices, in fact, would be increasing for many of us. 

We, the undersigned, call for Vectorworks to listen to the pleas of their core users and grant relief to its users with Service Select memberships. We ask that the cost of the next Service Select renewal be waived or discounted.
