Willa's Wild Life is a French-Canadian animated television series based on Dan Yaccarino's book An Octopus Followed Me Home. It's about a young girl named Willa (voiced by Jordan Todosey) who has a giraffe, a camel, two elephants, an alligator, and many more zoo animals. The series originally aired on Qubo in the United States (before it shutdown on February 28th, 2021) and Discovery Kids (before the Nickelodeon rebrand in 2009) and YTV in Canada.

Like quite a few animated shows made for young children, Willa's Wild Life was canceled far too soon. The same goes for many other kids shows that gotten yanked as soon as they get popular (like Treehouse TV's Toot and Puddle, YTV's Jane and The Dragon, etc). It's not really fair to the kids who are fans of this show and other shows like it. Willa still does have a lot of life in her and could entertain and give good morals to preschool-aged kids if given the chance.
