It is time that residents of the Western suburbs stand together and act against the complete incompetence of NMBM Municipality. Service delivery has collapsed. 

Residents of ward 8 have experienced continous water outages since September 2021. The frequency of such outages have increased significantly in the last 2 months. Currently, outages are at 5 consecutive days. Placing one water truck at odd times does not compensate for these outages. 

Rates and taxes are paid. Water availability charges are paid, yet on average, we experience water outages for half a month.

Our constitutional rights are being infringed on.

Enough is enough.

It is time to take action and take NMBM to task. The mayor, city manager and water department should be held accountable for this dire situation.

Let's take our city back. Suburb by suburb.
