Its time the Dog Owner Laws are changed......I have started this petition to Save a 3month old puppy from death.

Help Save Paris is a facebook page with all the information to read.

An ex cop become council member went door knocking.....was bitten on a  private property...now he wants all dogs on that property destroyed...

This is Unfair, this is NOT justice...

Justice would be a warning, a fine, puppy school----NOT death.
