In many neighbourhood areas and societies animal feeders and stray animal care takers are harrased as people are ignorant about animal welfare laws. If there are notice board in every colony which have information about animal welfare laws and rights, there will be very less incident of animal harassment.#Animal Welfare Board of India should do it on war foot.
