The Protect Act has passed yet Cheshire still remains on lock down for 22-23 hours a day. The air conditioner is already on the fritz and safety measures for Covid19  are once again being ignored. Please do both and urge him to sign the Protect Act so that all facilities have access to recreational time that allows for decreased chance of mental health crises, adequate cleaning, disinfectant, showers, and calls to loved ones.
