Under a new contract to start July 1 Gov Lamont has decreased calls by 4 cents but The state and DOC gets 68% still with a majority going to programming for our incarcerated loved ones. Not only is this bull crap due to the pandemic having them in cells 22-24 hours a day but also we the families know that programming is scarce and not given willingly to all when they were occurring! Contact the governor and tell him to reduce the prison population by sending the elderly, the sick and those with underlying conditions, the pregnant, juveniles, and those who already served 15 years home!
