Cheshire is now threatening to decrease rec to 15 minutes. A call is 15 minutes so if our loved ones decide to call us there is no time at all to shower or sanitize their cell. Please call Governor Lamont (860-566-4840), Commissioner Quiros (860-692-7480), and  Warden Walker (203-651-6100) to let them know this is not okay. The fight against coronavirus needs to include daily showers, daily sanitizing of cells, and daily times outside of cell to maintain mental health!

We know 4 hours of recreational time is possible, they proved it last week. There needs to be a statewide and even national standard as an undeniable right because #incarceratedlivesmatter!
