With Covid19 still an issue and is entering flu season free calls should not be taken away due to the slow reinstatement of visits. Calls should remain free after the pandemic so that children can talk to their incarcerated parents.

I am happy to assist you with your free calls inquiry. I do apologize for the confusion you're having. The facility your inmate is housed in is the one who decides rather or not they would like to provide free calls. Please advise your inmate to inquire with a correctional officer on the status of them being able to receive their free calls. If the call does not inform you that "this is a free call" or "you have a free call" then unfortunately you will be charged for a collect call. I do apologize for the inconvenience.
